








Shipping and Returns
SHIPPING:
- Free Express Shipping World wide for orders over the value of $200 (USD)
- Free shipping within Bali, no customs charges applicable.
- International orders under the value of 200USD will be subject to a flat rate of $30 (USD). This will be charged at check out.
- You will receive your order between 3-6 working days from dispatch, order can be tracked at any time following the link sent via email confirming order has been shipped.
- Delivery times can be affected by circumstances outside the control means of Alami Label, or DHL. Alami Label will not be liable for any inconvenience caused by late delivery
- All customers are responsible for covering the customs duties / taxes charges imposed by the government regulating the place of final delivery. We urge all customers to make contact with the relevant customs clearing authorities to get an exact value, or limitations associated to clearing your desired order.
- If taxes / duties are refused by the customer, the order can be returned to Alami. The customer will be entitled to a full refund MINUS the cost of the shipping to return the product, as well as the forfeiting of any free shipping incentive incurred at check out.
- Once dispatched you will receive a tracking number, should you have any queries related to the shipping, we urge you to make contact with DHL directly.
- Upon receiving your package, a signature it required to confirm order has been received.
- Order are dispatched within 1to 3 days of placing your order.

RETURNS / REFUNDS:
- Returns to be lodged within 14 days of receiving goods.

- The product needs to be unworn, with all tags in place, where applicable hygiene stickers in place, free from odours, smoke smell, hair, dust etc.
- Customer is responsible for item(s) until received and signed for by Alami Label
- Shipping costs (unless otherwise approved by Alami Label ) is a responsibility of the customer
- Our products carry a 4 week warranty from date of customer receiving item(s), if in the unlikely event you receive a defective product we ask that you make immediate contact with us via Watts App. The complaint will be assessed on a case to case basis and a reasonable solution will be provided on a timely basis, this may include a refund or a replacement product.
- Products damaged by not following our garment care instructions will not be refunded
- gift cards can not be returned for refund
- Gift Cards that are used to purchase products that are returned, will be credited back to the Gift card for future purchase
- refunds will be made back to the original payment method made by customer, this process will take 3-5 days from Alami receiving the returned product
- delivery fees, taxes, and duties paid by customer are not refundable.
- Customer will be notified by Alami once refund has been approved
EXCHANGES:
- Exchanges will be fulfilled within 4 business days of Alami receiving returned time.
- Desired exchange needs to be exactly specified on the returns portal here…….
- Desired Exchange are subject to availability
- Alami Label covers shipping of new new product
- Additional items added to your exchanged order will attract standard shipping rates
